Terms of Service

By creating an ElorPra account or using the ElorPra platform at elorpra.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using ElorPra on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ELOR-TECH LTD ("ElorPra", "we", "us").

ElorPra is a cloud-based business management platform that includes HR, payroll, finance, invoicing, commerce, CRM, savings groups and business analytics modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the service with 30 days' notice, except in cases of security emergencies or legal requirements.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. One account may represent one business entity. Using ElorPra to manage multiple unrelated businesses requires separate accounts.

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue creating new records (invoices, employees, etc.). You will always be able to view and export your existing data, even on an expired trial. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are as listed on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 7 days of any payment for first-time subscribers. You retain full ownership of all data you input into ElorPra, including employee records, financial data, customer information and invoices. You grant ElorPra a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ElorPra and the data you input complies with applicable law, including data protection regulations.

You may not use ElorPra to: • Violate any law or regulation • Process data of individuals without their lawful consent • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure • Transmit malware, spam or harmful content • Resell or sublicense the ElorPra service without our written consent • Use the service to compete with ElorPra by building a substantially similar product Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

ElorPra integrates with Paystack to process payments for invoices you send to your customers. Payment processing is governed by Paystack's terms of service. ElorPra is not responsible for payment failures, refunds, or disputes between you and your customers. Your subscription payments to ElorPra are also processed via Paystack. Failed subscription payments result in account downgrade to free tier after a 7-day grace period.

ElorPra calculates payroll deductions (PAYE, pension, NHF, etc.) based on current tax legislation as understood by our engineering team. These calculations are provided for informational purposes and as a practical tool. You remain responsible for verifying that all payroll calculations, tax filings and compliance submissions are accurate. ElorPra is not a licensed accountant or tax advisor. We recommend confirming significant tax matters with a qualified professional.

ElorPra is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of ElorPra is limited to the amount you paid to ElorPra in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate backups.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. On closure, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by law. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
